Give the developer access to the customer

  • Provide access to the customer so that the developer can iron out any finely grained details.
  • Prefer email so that there is a record of what is said and how the developer decided to proceed.
  • For larger projects where the customer is in danger of being deluged, then funnel the questions through the manager or group lead.
